Investor acquisition — Intelligence (Phase 4)

Purpose

Convert every investor interaction into structured, reusable intelligence. Track whether targeting activity is converting into actual ownership changes. Build institutional knowledge that makes the next engagement faster and better.

This phase is ongoing and repeating, not a single run. It should be invoked:

  • Within 24 hours of each investor meeting (Step 11)
  • Quarterly, when an updated shareholder register is available (Step 12)
  • At project close or every three months, whichever comes first (Step 13)
